Women generally undergo a period at some point in their lives. It usually starts at puberty stage 8 – 16 years and ends at the age of 45 – 55 years.

Exercising is also important. It will help any woman feel less exhausted. One can do aerobics for about 20 – 30 minutes. It enables one to be healthy, fit as well as stress-free.
